The Eagr bot joins your video meetings to record and analyze them. If it didn't show up, go through this checklist.
Checklist
- Is your calendar connected? Without a connected calendar, Eagr can't see your meeting. See the article Connect your calendar (Google & Outlook).
- Is there a video link in the event? The bot only joins meetings that contain a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link in the calendar invite. A meeting with no link, or with a link pasted only in the email body, isn't detected.
- Did you admit the bot from the waiting room? In many meetings, the bot lands in the waiting room and waits for a participant to admit it. Remember to let it in at the start of the call.
- Analysis takes a few minutes. After the meeting ends, the recording has to be processed then analyzed. Give it a few minutes before worrying, and refresh the page.
Tip
Do not run the Live Coach and the recording bot on the same call. Choose one or the other: the Live Coach coaches you live, the bot records for after-the-fact analysis.
