A simulation that crashed, a network drop, a session you left by mistake: if a failed session left a score that doesn't reflect your level, we can remove it.
What we can do
Send us the session link at support@eagr.ai. We'll delete the failed session.
To find the link: open the session under Simulations → Scores, then copy the URL from your browser's address bar.
