Why is the next simulation greyed out?
Simulations within a module are sequential. You must complete the current one before the next one becomes available.
If a simulation card appears greyed out with a 🔒 icon and the message "Complete previous exercise", it means you haven't finished the previous simulation yet.
How to unlock the next simulation
Two conditions must be met:
- Complete the current simulation at least once — no minimum score is required. You just need to finish the exercise.
- Wait for the configured delay — your manager may have set a waiting period between simulations (e.g. 3 days). The next simulation unlocks only after this delay has passed.
An attempt only counts if your session lasted more than 1 minute or if it was validated. If you hang up too quickly, it won't count as a completed attempt and the next simulation won't unlock.
I finished the simulation but the next one is still locked
Here's what to check, step by step:
1. Is there a delay between simulations? Your manager may have configured a waiting period (e.g. 3 days). The next simulation only unlocks once this delay has passed after you completed the previous one.
2. Did your attempt actually count? Remember: sessions shorter than 1 minute are not counted. Make sure you went through the full exercise.
3. Try refreshing the page. A simple page refresh can sometimes resolve a display issue.
4. Contact the support team. If nothing works, reach out via the chat widget (bottom right of your screen) or email support@eagr.ai. Make sure to mention:
- Your module name
- Which simulation is stuck
- When you completed the previous one
