The Live Coach is a desktop app that coaches you in real time during your calls, with nothing visible to your prospect.
What it does
During the call, the Live Coach shows a discreet panel with:
- a checklist: the key points to cover (from your template), ticked off as you go;
- notifications: advice that appears at the right moment.
The panel is invisible when you share your screen.
Who has access
The Live Coach is unlocked by the Recording license (see Assigning and managing licenses). It runs on macOS and Windows.
