Import a call manually

A call that didn't come into Eagr automatically? You can import it yourself from a file.

How to import a call

  1. Go to Calls.
  2. At the top of the list, click Import.
  3. Add your recording.

Eagr transcribes and analyzes it like any other call: you get the score, transcript and Iggy's analysis once processing is done.

Tip

Analysis takes a few minutes after import. If the call doesn't appear right away, refresh the page (see Why isn't my call showing up or being analyzed?).
