Share a call analysis

How it works

You can share any call analysis from Sessions > Call Reviews with anyone, even people who don't have an Eagr account. Eagr generates a public link that gives the recipient access to the analysis without needing to log in.

Two sharing modes are available: Full share and Light share.

How to share

  1. Open a call analysis from Sessions > Call Reviews.
  2. Click the Share icon in the toolbar (next to the bookmark and email icons).
  3. A dropdown appears with two options:
    • Full share — Analysis, scores, and all details
    • Light share — Video, summary, timeline, and transcript

  1. Click the option you want. The link is copied to your clipboard.
  2. Send the link to anyone — they can open it directly in their browser.

Full share

The Full share link gives the recipient access to the complete analysis page, including:

  • Coach's Insight with personalized feedback
  • Overall score and individual skill scores (e.g. Open & calibrate, Lead discovery, Convince & project, Close next step, Sales posture)
  • All analysis tabs: Turning Points, Skills, What worked, Missed Signals, Questionology, Speech habits
  • The video or audio recording of the call
  • Summary, Timeline, and Transcript tabs

This is the same view as the one available inside Eagr — ideal when you want to share a detailed performance review.

Light share

The Light share link gives the recipient a streamlined view focused on the content of the call, without scores or coaching analysis. It includes:

  • The video or audio recording with a speaker timeline showing talk time per participant
  • Summary tab with Key Points, Action Items, and Summary Report
  • Transcript tab
  • Ask Iggy tab — an AI chat that lets the recipient ask questions about the call and get instant answers based on the transcript and key points
Tip

Use the light share when you want to share the content of a call (what was said, key takeaways) without revealing the rep's performance scores or coaching feedback.

Who can share?

All users can share a call analysis, regardless of their role.

Good to know

  • Sharing is only available for real call analyses (Call Reviews), not for simulation sessions.
  • The recipient does not need an Eagr account to view the shared link.
  • Anyone with the link can access the analysis — be mindful of what you share.
  • The interface language on the shared page adapts to the recipient's browser language.
