Can't sign in? Here are the most common cases, in order.
Your account was never activated
This is the #1 cause. If you were invited but haven't activated your account yet, you can't sign in directly. Go back to the invitation email you received and click the link to create your password.
Forgot password doesn't work while the account has never been activated: there's no password to reset yet. Go through the invitation email first.
You signed in with Google or Microsoft
If your organization uses Google or Microsoft sign-in, use the right button on the login page, with the same address as your invitation, rather than a password.
The invitation email didn't arrive
Check your spam. If your email domain is recognized by Eagr, you can also sign up directly. Otherwise, ask your admin to re-invite you.
