Record a meeting

How it works

Eagr can automatically record your sales meetings by sending a bot to join the call. Once the meeting ends, Eagr analyzes the recording and gives you a detailed review within a few minutes.

The bot appears as a participant in your meeting under the name "[Your first name]'s Eagr AI" (e.g., "Chloe's Eagr AI").

Prerequisites

To use the call recorder, you need to connect your calendar in Settings > Integrations. Eagr supports:

  • Google Calendar
  • Microsoft Outlook

Click Connect next to the calendar you use, then follow the authorization steps.

Automatic recording

Once your calendar is connected, Eagr AI automatically joins all your upcoming meetings. You don't need to do anything before each call.

When the meeting starts, the bot joins and lands in the waiting room. Your prospect or the meeting host needs to accept the bot for the recording to begin.

Tip

If no one accepts the bot in the waiting room, it will leave on its own and you'll receive an email notification letting you know the recording couldn't take place.

Manual recording

If the bot didn't join automatically, or if you want to record a meeting that isn't in your calendar, you can invite it manually.

  1. Click Record a meeting in the left sidebar.
  2. In the Invite Eagr AI modal, paste your meeting link (Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams).
  3. Click Invite Eagr AI.

The bot will join the meeting just like it does automatically.

After the call

Once the meeting ends, Eagr processes the recording and generates a full analysis. This usually takes a few minutes.

You'll find your analyzed meeting in Sessions > Call Reviews.

Tip

Connect Slack in Settings > Integrations to get notified as soon as your meeting analysis is ready.
